Delivery Countries
Studio Vallesanta currently ships to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States of America.
Delivery to other countries is currently not available. The countries available for delivery are those shown and selectable during checkout.
Production and Shipping
The posters are produced only after an order has been placed. They are print-on-demand products, made specifically for each individual order.
Production and shipping are handled by the production and fulfillment partner Gelato. Gelato works with a network of production and shipping partners. Whenever possible, an order is produced close to the delivery address in order to reduce transport routes and delivery times.
In individual cases, a product may be shipped from another country, for example due to production capacity, material availability, or logistical reasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
The amount of the shipping costs depends in particular on:
- delivery country and delivery address
- ordered product
- product size
- order quantity
- available shipping method
- production and shipping location
The specific shipping costs will be shown before the order is placed.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.
As the products are produced only after an order has been placed, the delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the product, delivery address, production location, shipping method, seasonal demand, and circumstances beyond my control.
The delivery times shown during checkout are therefore estimated delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, in particular to Switzerland and the United States of America, additional customs duties, taxes, import duties, or other fees may apply.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless they are expressly shown during checkout.
Any additional costs are charged by the competent authorities of the respective delivery country and must be borne by the customer.
Please check any possible import duties in your country before placing an order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, this is not my responsibility, provided that the order was correctly shipped to the address provided by the customer.
As the products are produced only after an order has been placed, an undeliverable or returned shipment can usually not be resent or stored.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a free reproduction or free reshipment.
A change of delivery address is only possible as long as the order has not yet entered production or been handed over for shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you have not received the product, please send an email, preferably within 14 days after receiving the goods or after the announced delivery date, to: studiovallesanta@gmail.com
Please include your order number. In the case of damaged or defective products, please also attach clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.
After reviewing the individual case, an appropriate solution will be provided, in particular a replacement delivery or refund.
Please do not return damaged or defective products without prior consultation. In many cases, the issue can be reviewed based on photos.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
